Ironworks I

This is an introductory-level course designed to familiarize students with weight room procedures, safety precautions, and various lifting techniques. This course may include, but not limited to, strength training/muscular endurance through the use of free- and machine-weights, plyometrics, speed training, agility development and fitness activities. If you want to take this class both semesters, you must use the course number with a "F" and "S" at the end. (PE108F, PE108S)
