Practical Art Elective.

The purpose of this course is to acquire academic knowledge  and understanding for healthy, respectful and caring relationships across the lifespan.  Emphasis is placed on effective interpersonal communication and relationships.  It all starts with knowing and accepting oneself.  It allows students to think about their personal future and issues such as dating, marriage, aging, death, abuse prevention and addictions.  After this course, students will be able to communicate more effectively and make healthier decisions.  Respect and an open mind are required at all times.
