EHS Update, 10/10/2015
Dear Students and Parents,
This is an update of what's happening around Erie High School for the community and all of the Erie High School family:
Homecoming Dance Information: Get the information you need here prior to the big dance!
Moo-Poo Classic: Purchase a "deed" of property on the practice field. If a cow plops in your plot, you win!
PSAT Testing: Junior students interested in the PSAT (and some select Sophomores) will test on October 14th. This is a practice test and serves as the qualifier for the National Merit Scholarship.
Enjoy BBQ and the Miner's Game (vs Frederick): The Erie High School Education Foundation is hosting a barbecue and game combo to raise funds for their scholarship fund. Don't miss it!
Comprehensive Testing Day: On October 15th 9th, 10th & 11th graders will take practice versions of the ACT so that they may begin preparation for this important college entry test.
Parent Schoology Accounts: Parents will have a way to login to Schoology to check on their kids' accounts and work.
Counseling Blog Updates: Learn about area College Fairs and much, much more at the EHS Counselor's Blogsite.
Panoramic Photo for Seniors: The Class of 2016 will have a panoramic photo taken on October 15th. Seniors, don't miss on this day or you won't be in the photo!
EHS Needs Office Volunteers: If you are interested in helping our Front Office Staff for an hour, we've set up a VolunteerSpot for you!
Interested in Attending a Military Academy During the Summer?: Colorado Representative Ken Buck is looking for students to nominate.
Take Your Parents to Lunch Day: National School Lunch Week is October 12-16 and SVVSD invites families to help us celebrate the week with Take Your Parents to Lunch Day! We are encouraging parents to find a day during National School Lunch Week to join their student for lunch, take a Lunch Selfie featuring you, your student and your meal, and then send it to email@example.com for a chance to win a prize!
If you have any questions, please contact the school at (303) 828-4213 or by email.
