EHS Update,  10/16/2014

Dear Students and Parents,

This is an update of what's happening around Erie High School for the community and all of the Erie High School family:

No School on Friday, October 17th: Classes will not be held on Friday.  Classes will resume on Monday, October 20th with a regular Day 1 schedule.

Need More Help With School?: Many of EHS' teachers are available to help students in need.  Check out this resource to find out when your teacher can help.

Portraits of the Erie Feeder: EHS students on the Superintendent's Advisory Council presented a video featuring interviews with teachers and students in the Erie Feeder.  Watch Mr. Garcia, Ms. Abbott, Mrs. Harvey, Ms. Sherman, Mr. Fox, Mrs. Giammo, Kyleen Newman, and Jacob "Tennessee" Alejo and others speak about why Erie is special.

Parent/Teacher Conferences, October 29th: Conferences will be held on Wednesday, October 29th, from 3:45 - 6:45pm.  No appointments are necessary and parents of all students are welcome.

Winter Sports Registration Now Open: You may now register for Winter Sports (Boys and Girls Basketball and Wrestling) online.

Homework Club To Resume: Administrators will be holding mandatory after-school study sessions on Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30pm for Freshmen and select Sophomores with Fs starting on October 30th.  We will be in contact with these students to develop a plan to prevent failing their classes.

If you have any questions, please contact the school at (303) 828-4213 or by email.
