Dear Students and Parents,
This is an update of what's happening around Erie High School for the community and all of the Erie High School family:
PLC/Late Start Day on Wednesday, November 4th: Classes begin at 10am and buses run 2 1/2 hours later than usual so teachers can work to take Erie academics to the next level.
Parent/Teacher Conferences November 4th: Our next round of conferences will be held on November 4th. If you have concerns about your child's grade make sure you make arrangements to be here.
Feed the Teachers: The Boosters would like your help to feed the teachers at conferences. Is there something you can do to help?
Early Access to Pell Grants for Dual Enrollment: Students have easier access to funds without having yet graduated from high school.
Moo-Poo Classic: Purchase a "deed" of property on the practice field. If a cow plops in your plot, you win! This will be a fundraiser event at the final home football game of the season.
Concurrent Enrollment Offerings: Check out the college courses offered at Erie High for the Spring Semester.
Snakes at EHS: A special guest brought some slithering visitors to Erie High science classes this week.
SALT Visits Children's: The Student-Athlete/Activities Leadership Team brought some fun to sick children.
Counseling Newsletter: Learn about second semester schedules, college visits and applications, new classes, scholarships and more.
Driver Ed begins December 2nd: The next sessions of Driver Education will begin December 2nd and run on Wednesday afternoons/evenings and run through the end of February.
