Congressman Polis' Youth Advisory Council

Congressman Jared Polis is currently accepting applications from high school sophomores, juniors and seniors for his Youth Advisory Council. The Congressman’s Youth Advisory Council meets throughout the school year to discuss issues, organize educational events, and generally share what’s on the minds of Colorado’s young people. The Youth Advisory Council alternates meeting in Fort Collins one month and Boulder the next. The council is comprised of high school students who represent the geographic, cultural, and ideological diversity of Colorado's Second Congressional District. The Council term is for one school year. Members who are appointed in their high school sophomore or junior year will have priority for membership in subsequent years if they wish to continue as a member.
