- Student Enrollment
We continue to closely monitor wildfire activity around our community in partnership with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office and the Boulder Office of Emergency Management. Firefighters have done an outstanding job closing the spread of the Cal-Wood and Lefthand Canyon Fires, and we are incredibly appreciative of their hard work and dedication to protecting our communities. We must remain vigilant and prepared for any changes to the fire’s activity, particularly with high winds forecasted for this afternoon through Thursday morning. Out of an abundance of caution, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office has requested that we extend our closure of in-person learning at school in Lyons through the end of this week.
Beginning Monday, October 5, we will be implementing a hybrid in-person learning schedule for all students who are not currently enrolled in the LaunchED program. Click here to learn more. Comenzando el lunes 5 de octubre, estaremos implementando un programa de aprendizaje híbrido en persona para todos los estudiantes que no estén inscritos actualmente en el programa LaunchED. Student schedules will begin to be available on Infinite Campus this week. Please check to see if your schedule is available. If you have any issues you need to discuss with the Counseling Staff, you may do so on Friday, August 8th by dropping into the Counseling Office in the Main Office. You are encouraged to check with the counselors by email for help with your issue as many problems can be taken care of without being there in person. If your last name begins with A - K, email Julie Pohlman at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your last name begins with L - Z, email Rich Schroeder at email@example.com.
After that, you may contact the counseling office at (303) 828-4213 to make an appointment to visit with your counselor the following week (Monday - Thursday).
Schedule changes will be allowed up to the final day of add/drop which is Friday, August 22nd. After that no schedule changes will be allowed. The school will send an announcement at that time for parents to pay fees for the classes their child is enrolled in after that time.
Information is always available on the Erie High School Counseling Website at www.eriehighcounseling.com.
