- Student Enrollment
We call it Picture Day at Erie High School because it is the students' chance to have their yearbook/ID photo taken at the beginning of the year. The next chance for getting this important photo taken is on August 22nd for students who are out of town on August 8th. Any students whose photo is undesirable can get their photos taken on Picture Retake Day, October 12th.
That said, most everything else that happens on Picture Day can happen any time before school starts or even once the year has begun. Students can learn about activities and clubs, pay fees and purchase athletic passes to home events. Parents can fill out the iPad Parent/Student Agreement and verify contact information on Infinite Campus.
If your child is unable to attend Picture Day, we will be using their last school photo for their ID and Infinite Campus in the mean time.
As District security is increased, Student IDs take on an even more important role. Students will be expected to have their ID available to enter the building at all times. Because of this, if it is possible to attend Picture Day on August 8th, we strongly recommend it.
Students are invited to come in at the following times to help avoid long lines and wait times for photos to be taken. Times are listed by the first letter of the student's last name:
Freshman 1:25am- 3:10pm
These times are recommended to avoid long lines. If you are unable to come at the specified time, you are welcome to come any time that you are able to make it between 8am - 3:30pm. To prepay for your photos prior to Picture Day, please see the information on this page.
