Second Semester Schedules

Schedules are built on student needs and requests, and are designed to prepare students for graduation and their post-secondary academic and career plans.  Master scheduling across our school is complex and individual student schedule changes significantly impact classroom seat counts, staff allocation, and our ability to offer specific courses. To that end, we will accommodate the following second semester schedule changes if they are requested by a student’s parent:
  1. Course needed to accommodate graduation requirements 
  2. Adjustments due to 1st semester grades, or e-Credit recovery
  3. Placement in a course without the necessary prerequisite
  4. A class is missing on a student’s schedule
To maintain the integrity of the master schedule, we are unable to accommodate schedule changes for teacher preference, off-block requests, or change of interests.
The schedule change request form will be available Nov 13th-17th, online at  In order to request a schedule change, parents should go to the website and click on the link that corresponds with your student’s last name and counselor
If a student has a schedule change request for any of the reasons listed above, a parent needs to submit the information requested on the schedule change form.  The EHS counseling staff will process requests and respond to parents no later than Dec 13th. Please note that schedule changes will not be made after the window closes.
