Silent Auction

We will be hosting our second annual Cookies & Cocoa Reception & Silent Auction this year at our Winter Concert on December 8th featuring the Erie High School Band, Choir, and Orchestra! This is our main Choir fundraiser and we are looking to raise more money than ever this year! *Please note we have two performances of the winter concert (12/7 & 12/8) - but this event is only taking place on 12/8.

  • There are a few ways you as a parent can help the event be a success:
  • Each choir creates a basket. Some choirs split up into sections, others work as a whole unit. Wait until your students choir comes up with a plan and then help them provide items that would go great in that basket! 
  • Donate something from your business or family! Last year we were able to auction off $50 Ted's Montana Grill Gift Certificates, Hunter Douglas Window Shades, Rockies Tickets, Flight Lessons, a "Sports Basket" (Dicks card for $25.00, 4 tickets to Eagles Hockey, Men & Ladies Bronco T-shirts with Av's hat and stick) and so much more! The more creative you get - the better.
  • Ask local businesses if they are able to donate goods or services! The donations are tax deductible and I will send them the form when we receive the item! Last year we were able to get donations from the Denver Zoo and Colorado Eye Center! There is an attached flyer with details that you can give to businesses!
  • Bake for our cookies & cocoa portion of the evening!
  • Volunteer your time setting up, decorating, running the silent auction, and cleaning up!
  • Help spread the word about the concert and silent auction in our community so we have a large turn out! These items make great Christmas gifts and new this year we will be able to accept payment by credit card!
