SVVSD Code of Conduct

Each year the St Vrain Valley School District prints an up-to-date version of the Code of Conduct for students.  This is the document that guides students and school staff on what behaviors should be taking place at school and the consequences when other behaviors occur.  Because of the importance of this information Erie High School needs to collect an acknowledgement for each student from their parent saying that they understand the Code of Conduct.  If your student has misplaced the paper version that was issued to them, you can find an electronic version of the booklet here.

After reading it, please acknowledge electronically by filling in the information on this short form.  If you wish, you may alternatively sign the last page of the booklet and send it to school with your student to turn in to the main office.  Since we need to have this acknowledgement for each student we will be reminding parents who have not yet submitted the digital form or brought in the signed paper copy.

Thank you for your help in making sure our students understand the expectations for their behavior and the consequences that may follow if they don't.
