US and Colorado Government

This course is designed to prepare students for their involvement in local, state and national issues. The focus of the course includes the foundations and working structure of our government alongside economic components. A study of the history of Colorado government is included. Research, projects and current events will be used to meet course objectives. A variety of assessments will be utilized.
