  • Description: Natalie Worobel will be presenting on healthy digital practices including proactive steps families can take to live a more balanced life with their digital devices. She will educate participants about the influence of persuasive design in order to empower them to make more intentional decisions around their digital habits as well as help them identify fulfilling ways to have their psychological needs met outside of their screens. Additionally, she will guide participants in exploring ways to improve their digital wellness over the summer including utilizing healthy replacement behaviors and activities.

Sora is our district ebook and audiobook library! This hands-on, interactive event will walk you through the basics such as how to search for great ebooks, download them to your child’s device and dive into a variety of fun activities connecting books to family fun such as cooking, crafting, science experiments, road trips and more!
