The Counseling Department and Link Crew of EHS would like to host an orientation for current EHS students starting in-person learning after spring break that have never actually been to EHS before (new students, transfer students, current 9th graders, etc.). If you or your student are someone who fits into this category, we would love to get you acquainted with EHS before the start of 4 days/week in-person learning. Please complete this form to help us plan an orientation event for you.
Friday, March 12th will be a different kind of Friday for EHS. 9th, 10th and 11th graders will be taking a practice standardized test at home through Schoology. 9th graders will prepare for the PSAT (grade 9). 10th graders will prepare for the grade 10 PSAT and juniors will prepare for the SAT. Students will read the questions from a .pdf on Schoology and enter their answers in Schoology. They will get results immediately with feedback about why
The St. Vrain Valley School District has PLC/Late Start Days once per month throughout the school year (except for October and January). These days allow teachers to meet in Professional Learning Communities to increase the academic rigor at Erie High School and improve teachers' Tier I Best Teaching Practices. These meetings take place from 7:45 - 10:00am.
On these days assignments are asynchronous and students may reach out to their teachers after 10:00am.
As SVVSD moves forward with the plan to return to in-person learning four days per week, some families may prefer for their students to remain online for the rest of this school year. These students would prefer to continue to work from home rather than coming to the school for the four days of learning each week for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year.
Student fees for semester 2 have been updated for each student. Please check your balance and pay your fees if you are able on the SVVSD RevTrak system now. Please note that all fees have been adjusted to 50% of their original value due to COVID.
Erie High School's National Honor Society chapter has organized help for students to beef up their resumes for college and/or work applications. NHS students have been trained to be able to help their peers stand out from the competition when applying!
