Many of the apps on your iPad have data associated that can be backed up. To learn how to back up your app data please visit this link. Additionally, students may run into problems using WebEx, Schoology and textbook software if the iOS isn’t up-to-date. Always make sure that you are updating to the latest version of iOS our district uses. The current iOS version is 14.3. The image to the left shows the screen where you can check. All students will need to re-install WebEx and Gmail using the SelfService app on their iPad. If your iPad isn’t receiving mail, it is likely because you need to install gmail from Self Service (the process for mail has recently changed on your iPad). Once the app has downloaded, tap sign in and Use Google to sign in with their full email address.
