For those of you new to EHS, this is a tradition where students in all choirs compose, transcribe and arrange an acapella pop song with a theme of love or friendship. Staff, parents, and the students purchase these Singing Valentines for their loved ones and support the EHS Choirs at the same time!
This year, the projects are 100% virtual. All of the proceeds from Singing Valentines sales will help our department budget, enabling us to fundraise for and purchase items like sheet music, microphones, (and surgical style masks).
Orders will only be accepted during a brief time frame (next Monday- Wed: Feb 8, 9, and 10th). The price is $3 per song & an electronic message. Friends and family can purchase Singing Valentines by filling out this google form: https://forms.gle/
Please feel free to forward to family and friends- anyone can purchase, and since they are virtual they can be sent to any email address!
The link to pay via credit card is at the end of the google form and will ONLY BE LIVE from Monday, Feb 8th to Wednesday, Feb 10th. To this end, the google form will ONLY BE ACCEPTING responses Feb 8, 9, and 10th. We will not accept cash payment this year due to COVID.
*Note – Some projects are audio only, some include video. All SVVSD and Boulder County Health guidelines for singing were followed during the creation of these projects. Some groups were able to get together in person and sing with masks at least 6 feet apart. Other groups were able to use new music technology like soundtrap, garageband, and imovie to edit their audio or video together.
