21-22 School Year Course Registration Reminder:

Course registration is now open for the 21-22 school year. The deadline to input course requests in IC has been extended to Friday February 5th. Please review and follow steps on the Registration Preparation website. If you encounter any technology issues or course request questions, please complete the form on this website. Counselors will meet with every student individually to review requests over the next 2-3 weeks. We are streamlining questions and tech challenges through the links above. Thank you!

Wednesday 2/3/21 5:30-6:30 Meeting Link SAT with Essay

All juniors will tentatively take the SAT at EHS on Tuesday April 13th (more information and details to follow). Students interested in taking the essay portion MUST register on the College Board website. Students DO NOT need to register for the SAT itself, Erie High School has completed this step for students and families. ONLY students who wish to complete the SAT with essay MUST register by FEB 16 2021. Please review the information fliers below.

 2021 Women’s Energy Network of Colorado Scholarship

The Women’s Energy Network of Colorado (WENCO) Kelly de la Torre Scholarship Fund  was established in memory of a former founding member of Women In Energy friend Kelly de la Torre.Eligibility Requirements: Please note that if the below requirements are not fully met, WENCO won’t be able to consider you for a scholarship. 

[*]Must be female, attend high school and in senior year and reside in Colorado. 

[*]Must be a S.T.E.M. major with an intent to study or pursue a career in energy

 [*]Must have an average 3.5 GPA with proof from high school transcript and high school administrator’s contact information. [*]Must plan to attend an accredited 4-year university. 

[*]Must have proof of registration prior to disbursement of scholarship funds. 

[*]Must have two (2) letters of recommendation that include contact information for them and are not relatives. References must be 21 or older.

The Colorado Burglar & Fire Alarm Association is offering a scholarship to children of active duty police and firefighters in Colorado in 2021.  The Colorado Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (CBFAA) is a state trade association comprised of licensed security industry professionals working to protect lives and property through responsible use of electronic security, fire, life safety and integrated alarm systems. We share a common mission with public safety officials to improve the safety and quality of life for every citizen in Colorado.

 

The 2021 CBFAA Youth Scholarship Program is offering a scholarship of $500 to children of active duty law enforcement and fire service personnel in Colorado who are graduating from high school in 2021. This program rewards students who have excelled academically and are active in community service and extracurricular activities at their school. The CBFAA winner will be automatically entered into the national Electronic Security Association scholarship program for a chance at additional scholarship monies.
