Spring 2021 Concurrent Enrollment Registration Opened 11/2/20
If you requested a Front Range Community College class on the EHS campus for the Spring 2021 semester, there are several important steps that must be taken to ensure that your tuition will be covered by SVVSD and that you receive college credit. Please read and follow the steps below carefully.
Note: FRCC and EHS both STRONGLY RECOMMEND that students fill out the paperwork, not parents. Taking a college class requires self-motivation and drive, which starts with students correctly following the steps to request the class. Many students have taken Fall semester FRCC classes, STUDENTS MUST complete the SVVSD Concurrent Enrollment Form for their Spring 2021 course(s).
-
If you are not currently taking an FRCC course Fall 2020, you must fill out an application and receive your college ID number. Go to Frontrange.edu and apply to be a student. Select the Boulder County Campus (even if taking the class at EHS). Once you finish, follow the directions on their website to find your ID number. It will start with an “S”
-
SAVE your FRCC ID!! You will need this repeatedly so keep it somewhere safe
-
If you already have a FRCC ID # (even if from taking a CDC class), you can skip #1 and go directly to the Concurrent Enrollment Form
-
-
Go to the EHS Counseling Website, select “Menu” and “Concurrent Enrollment”. Here you will find the Course Descriptions and tentative Fall and Spring schedule of FRCC classes on the EHS campus. There are also helpful links on how to fill out the form, the CE form login, etc.
-
Fill out the Concurrent Enrollment Form. This form is REQUIRED for your college tuition to be paid for by the school district.
