Recently, Erie High School’s Rotary Interact club was certified as a charter by Rotary International as well as Erie Rotary. Adding this club to Erie High School was the idea of sophomore AJ Juenemann who has also been elected as the club’s president. The main tenet of Rotary: service above self, is the driving force behind Juenemann’s pursuit of creating this club at Erie High. The club is currently working on their first service project: an appreciation dinner for our first responders. Any students wanting to join Rotary Interact can come to room C101 at lunch on Thursdays.
