Schedule Changes Due by May 28th

Student schedules for the 2019-2020 school year are now available on the Infinite Campus portal.  If you would like to request a schedule change the schedule change request forms are available online now until the end of Tuesday May 28th at:   

Schedule changes will be granted for only the following reasons:

1.  Incorrect class level 
2.  Courses needed to accommodate graduation requirements 
3.  Adjustments due to failing grades, summer school, or e-Credit recovery 
4.  Placement in a course without the necessary prerequisite

In order to request a schedule change go to the website and click on the link that corresponds with your last name and counselor.

To maintain the integrity of the master schedule, we are unable to accommodate schedule changes for teacher preference, dropping AP classes, off-block requests, or change of interests. 

The window for requesting schedule changes is May 23rd  – May 28th. If a student has a schedule change request for any of the reasons listed above, a parent needs to submit the information requested on the schedule change form.  The EHS counseling staff will process requests and respond to parents . Please note that schedule requests will not be accepted after May 28th.
