Your opportunity to purchase iPad Insurance for this school year ends on September 4th, 2020.  Information about iPad insurance is available here.  Our school recommends insurance for every student. Each year we have to have an uncomfortable conversation with students and parents who chose not to purchase insurance but have to pay to repair or replace an iPad.

If it is difficult for you to pay for the insurance in total, all you have to do to make sure that your iPad is covered is by paying as little as $5 by September 4th.  You then will have the rest of the year to finish paying the cost of insurance.  Whether you pay for the insurance all at once or a little over time, it is very much worth the cost and will likely save you money and the hassle of waiting for your iPad to be repaired in the event of damage.

The charge for insurance was added to every student’s fees and may be paid through the SVVSD payment center (details below).  After September 4th, the cost will drop off of your fee bill if you choose not to purchase it.

To pay for iPad insurance, you may click on the Payment Center link in the Quick Links section of GoErieTigers.com.  The fee is considered a Student Academic and Athletic Fee.  You will be able to select Erie High School and find it in All Other Fees.

You may pay with a credit card.  If you don’t have a credit card you may alternatively send a check to the school (made out to EHS) for $25.  Please include your child’s student number in the memo section of the check.
